Little Dragons (ages 6-12)
Little Dragons teaches self esteem through global awareness & self defense. Linking the martial art systems that we offer through the similarities and not differences students learn to look at the world with a larger world view. Your child will learn Self Discipline, and other life skills in addition to physical fitness and loads of fun. Past students have experienced increased concentration as well as marked improvements in grades and impulse control.
Kali for Coordination
Experience the Filipino Martial Art of Kali in this unique 45 minute class! You will cultivate rhythm, balance, and mobility in addition to hand-eye coordination within movement patterns using padded sticks.These exercises will deepen your concentration while stimulating both hemispheres of the brain. Develop confidence, team building skills and ignite your sense of humor as you center yourself mentally and physically. Ages 9 to 99 welcome!!
A.I.M
Affinity Integrated
Martial Arts
Our unique A.I.M. program mixes the fundamental concepts of the three core martial arts taught at Affinity (Jeet Kune Do, Kali, and Silat). Students are led through a mixed martial arts curriculum that focuses on the basics of martial art movement in an hour. A.I.M. is designed for beginners and experienced martial artists!
Black Belt Society
These classes are by instructor invite only and will focus primarily on the upper echelon of martial art training here at Affinity. In this class you can expect to learn advanced weaponry and empty hand skills that build on the basics taught in our other classes to further your development in the arts of Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), Jeet Kune Do Concepts, and Majapahit Silat.
